By accessing or using the HealMatch website, the Health Checkup Planner, the Next Steps page, or Care Navigation (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of this website does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other healthcare provider-patient relationship between you and HealMatch or any healthcare provider mentioned on this site. The information provided is for general guidance only.

Any healthcare provider relationship will be established directly between you and the hospital or medical professional you choose to consult with, subject to their own terms, conditions, and informed consent requirements.

4. Nature of Our Service

HealMatch is an informational platform that:

• Provides general information about medical procedures and healthcare facilities in Thailand
• Helps connect users with JCI-accredited hospitals and healthcare providers
• Offers guidance on medical tourism logistics, costs, and preparation
• Facilitates communication between potential patients and healthcare providers
• Provides preventive-screening decision support and downloadable planning reports through the Health Checkup Planner
• Provides optional, provider-neutral nearby-care business information through Google-powered Care Navigation

We do not provide medical care, perform medical procedures, or make treatment decisions. All medical care is provided by independent healthcare providers and facilities.

Care Navigation does not personalize searches from your health answers, report, screening history, or recommendations. You select the type of care and location used for each search.

5. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• Medical information, including success rates, costs, and procedures, may change over time
• Cost estimates are approximate and may vary based on individual circumstances, exchange rates, and hospital pricing
• Success rates and outcomes are based on published medical literature and may not reflect individual results
• Hospital accreditations and capabilities should be verified directly with the healthcare provider
• Google-supplied provider listings, ratings, reviews, hours, contact details, websites, and directions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated

Confirm all medical and provider information directly with healthcare providers before making medical, travel, appointment, or payment decisions.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries
• Conduct your own due diligence before choosing a healthcare provider
• Obtain appropriate medical consultations before undergoing any procedure
• Review and understand all risks associated with any medical procedure
• Arrange appropriate travel insurance and medical coverage
• Confirm provider credentials, services, prices, availability, insurance coverage, and referral requirements directly with the provider
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• HealMatch is not liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or adverse events resulting from treatment at any healthcare facility
• We are not responsible for the actions, services, or quality of care provided by healthcare providers
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of cost estimates, success rates, or other medical information
• We make no guarantees regarding Google Maps or Places content, provider listings, search availability, search ordering, or the accuracy or completeness of nearby-care results
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including hospital websites and external resources. We:

• Do not control or endorse the content of third-party websites
• Are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party sites
• Encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit

Google Maps and Places in Care Navigation

Care Navigation includes Google Maps features and content, including Google Places and location-related functionality. Google supplies the public provider information used in results and may process technical, location, manual search, selected service, and provider-search requests under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference for your use of Google Maps features and content.

Care Navigation results are provider-neutral business information, not a recommendation, referral, endorsement, diagnosis, guarantee of provider quality, or confirmation that a provider offers a selected service. Care Navigation is not an urgent- or emergency-care finder. You must independently verify provider information and use your own judgment before contacting or visiting a provider.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HealMatch or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealMatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability
